Welcome to the Gosford Hill Badminton Club website!
We are a friendly, sociable club in Oxford with teams in the local Oxfordshire Badminton League. We’re always happy to welcome new members, especially those of league standard, and we encourage you to visit a couple of times before joining.
We also have a junior club, Gosford Hill Colts which is open to younger players between the ages of 11 and 18.
Clubnights are on Thursday evenings at Oxford High School — 6pm until 7pm for juniors, and 7pm until 10pm for the seniors.
This season, clubnights for the senior club start on Thursday 3rd September 2026, and run until 25th March 2027. For the Colts, the first session of the season is on 10th September 2026, and the last will be on 25th March 2027.
For the 2026 / 2027 season we have three teams in the open league, one in the ladies’ league, a mixed team, and two ‘3D’ teams, playing in the Oxfordshire Badminton League. Home matches are played on Tuesday evenings (7.30pm) and Thursdays (7.00pm) .
