Welcome to the Gosford Hill Badminton Club website!
We are a friendly, sociable club in Oxford with teams in the local Oxfordshire Badminton League. We’re always happy to welcome new members, especially those of league standard, and we encourage you to visit a couple of times before joining.
We also have a junior club, Gosford Hill Colts which is open to younger players between the ages of 11 and 18.
Clubnights are on Thursday evenings at Oxford High School for Girls — 6pm until 7pm for juniors, and 7pm until 10pm for the seniors. We also have some additional Tuesday evenings for senior clubnights: 7.30pm until 10pm – see the full list of dates on the Clubnight page.
This season, clubnights for the senior club start on Thursday 5th September 2024, and run until 3rd April 2025. For the Colts, the first session of the season is on 12th September 2024, and the last will be on 27th March 2025.
For the 2024 / 2025 season we have three mens teams, a ladies team, a mixed team, and a ‘3D’ team, playing in the Oxfordshire Badminton League. Home matches are played on Thursdays (7.00pm) and some Tuesday evenings (7.30pm).
